The Department of Budget and Management (DBM) conducted a joint Technical Budget Hearing (TBH) and Full-Time Delivery Unit (FDU) for State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) from April 1 to 3, 2024, at SUNN Hotel, Sagay City.
During this session, Carlos Hilado Memorial State University (CHMSU), State University of Northern Negros (SUNN), and Central Philippine State University (CPSU) presented their proposals to the DBM.
