The LUDIP is based on Republic Act No. 11396, also known as the “SUCs Land Use Development and Infrastructure Plan (LUDIP) Act.” Under this law, all land use for infrastructure projects in State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) must follow the LUDIP. This plan aims to ensure that land use aligns with the practices of local government units, promoting coordinated efforts across different areas.
